With more ways to Know Your Health, Improve Your Health, and Get Rewarded, our new app makes it easier to engage with the AIA Vitality program and earn rewards. What is AIA Vitality? AIA Vitality is a personalised, science-backed health and wellbeing program that supports you to make healthier lifestyle choices every day. Using the principles of behavioural science, AIA Vitality incentivises you to take small steps towards improving your wellbeing and leading a healthier, longer, better life. For each healthy decision you make, you will be awarded with points that add up to your AIA Vitality status, giving you access to great rewards and benefits. So, the healthier your choices, the more points you'll earn, the higher your status, the greater your rewards. Engaging with the program Use this new app to engage with AIA Vitality by syncing your fitness devices and apps, tracking your progress, and enjoying the many rewards and benefits the program has to offer. You can also link Apple Health and upload activity data to earn AIA Vitality Points. AIA Vitality uses data from the Apple Health app with your permission. You can choose to allow Steps, Workouts, Heart Rate, Mindful Minutes or Sleep data to be shared to earn AIA Vitality Points.
