弊社の介護記録ソフト「CAREKARTE」の訪問系サービス専用モバイル用アプリケーションです。 ※ アプリケーション単体でのご利用はできません。上記の介護記録ソフトが必要となります。いつでも、どこでも、誰でも簡単に日常記録の入力や閲覧が可能です。またボイスチャット機能で責任者や他職員とコミュニケーションが取れます。アプリケーションから保存した記録は、介護記録ソフト側で確認、活用ができます。介護記録ソフト側で作成した記録をアプリケーション側で受信し、確認することも可能です。記録を入力する前にログインが必要となる為、介護記録ソフト側で予め設定されている職員のみが操作できます。 1.記録入力当日の訪問記録をすぐに入力することができます。 2.記録・帳票の閲覧日々作成される記録や帳票の閲覧が、アプリケーションでも行えます。 3.写真の保存 iPhone,iPod touch,iPadで撮った写真を記録に添付し、送信することができます。 4.ボイスチャット職員間でボイスチャットができます。また文字起こしされた内容を記録として自動で保存されます。 5.位置情報の保存サービス提供時に位置情報を保存します。
