Cette application, réservée aux abonnés Homiris, est comprise dans le service de télésurveillance. Pour vous connecter, l’identifiant et le mot de passe sont identiques à ceux de votre espace abonné (www.abonnes.homiris.fr). Après avoir saisi votre identifiant et votre mot de passe, l’application vous proposera automatiquement, en fonction de votre modèle de smartphone, d’activer la reconnaissance faciale ou l’authentification par empreinte digitale. Vous n’aurez qu’à vous laisser guider. Ainsi, vous pourrez lancer votre application en deux clics. ------------------------- QUELLES SONT LES PRINCIPALES FONCTIONNALITÉS ? Où que vous soyez, l’application Homiris vous permet de profiter de nombreuses fonctionnalités pour piloter à distance votre alarme : - vérifier si votre système d’alarme est en marche ou à l’arrêt, - mettre votre système d’alarme en marche ou à l’arrêt à distance*, - suivre les alarmes en cours, - consulter les notifications push, - consulter les notifications push, - accéder au journal des évènements, - paramétrer votre service de notifications Signô, - visualiser, créer, modifier et supprimer vos codes clavier*, - consulter vos factures d’abonnement, - tester vos équipements, - consulter la température dans les pièces équipées de nos détecteurs, - nous transmettre vos consignes d'absences temporaires (date de départ et de retour…). Ces dernières permettront au centre de surveillance d’en tenir compte avant de mettre en place les mesures nécessaires en cas d’alarme pendant votre absence.
