Dein Wochen-Highlight: Jeden Sonntag erwartet dich ein neues 30-minütiges Ganzkörper-Training. Freue dich auf echte Abwechslung, ganz viel Motivation und gemeinsames Üben für dauerhafte Schmerzfreiheit und Beweglichkeit. Für jeden Körper- und Schmerzbereich gibt es in der App darüber hinaus genau die Übungen, die du brauchst, um deine Schmerzen gezielt loszuwerden. Sie sind aus 5 Kameraperspektiven aufgenommen und enthalten einen visuell-akustischen Timer, sodass du die Übungen bestmöglich nachvollziehen und mitmachen kannst.
