The OneService App is a platform for submitting feedback to improve your neighborhood. It allows users to report municipal issues directly to relevant Town Councils and government authorities anytime, anywhere.
The OneService App allows reporting of municipal issues including illegal parking, HDB facilities maintenance, cleanliness, roads, footpaths, animals, pests, and smoking in prohibited areas.
Feedback submitted via the OneService App is directed to relevant Town Councils and government agencies such as HDB, NEA, LTA, and NParks. The app partners with 17 Town Councils and 10 government agencies.
To report an issue, download the OneService App and log in with Singpass. Then, describe the neighborhood issue, select a category, and provide details and photos for submission.
No, the OneService App does not require users to indicate the responsible agency. It automatically directs feedback to the correct Town Council or authority based on the reported issue.
Users must log in using their Singpass account to access and utilize the OneService App's features, such as submitting feedback.
