Mit PApp können Sie Ihre bundeseinheitlichen Medikationspläne in Ihr Smartphone einlesen und aktualisieren. Dazu zählt beispielsweise: - Hinzufügen von rezeptpflichtigen und nicht-rezeptpflichtigen Medikamenten, - Änderung der Dosierungsangabe oder Pausieren bestehender Medikamente, - Hinzufügen weiterer Angaben wie Grund oder Hinweise. Gegebenenfalls ist es sinnvoll, Änderungen mit Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker zu besprechen. PApp speichert alle Änderungen Ihrer Medikation nachvollziehbar, um Sie auch bei Ihrem nächsten Arzt- oder Apothekenbesuch zu unterstützen. Mit PApp können aktualisierte Pläne in digitaler Form weitergegeben werden: - Auf dem Display Ihres Geräts kann der aktualisierte Barcode angezeigt werden. Dieser kann dann durch andere Geräte eingescannt werden, beispielsweise bei Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker. - PApp ermöglicht den Versand der aktualisierten Pläne als PDF an eine von Ihnen hinterlegte Email-Adresse, beispielsweise zum erneuten Ausdruck auf Papier.
