हामी नेपालको सार्वभौमिकता, स्वाधीनता र राष्ट्रहितलाई शीरमा राखी संवैधानिक समाजवादको बाटोमा हिँडेका छौं । मुलुकलाई विकसित र समृद्ध तथा नागरिकलाई सुखी, खुसी र सम्पन्न बनाउने लक्ष्यसहित राजनीतिको मैदानमा उत्रिएका छौं । जनताको प्रत्यक्ष सहभागितामूलक लोकतान्त्रिक प्रणालीका आधारमा विधिको शासन कायम गरेर कर्मशीलता प्रवर्द्धन गर्न हामीले सम्पूर्ण शक्ति खर्चिनेछौं । नेपालको लामो इतिहासमा व्यवस्था धेरै फेरिए तर अवस्था फेरिएन । र, हामी नागरिकले महसुस गर्ने गरी अवस्था फेर्न आएका छौं ।
