If you reside in India, Dubai or Thailand you may wish to check you are downloading the correct vHealth application. Your employer or Aetna representative can assist. vHealth doctors will take the time to understand your health needs and guide you to the best possible solution. Wherever you are in the world, you can feel confident you & your family is receiving the right care. If you are eligible, consults are free and available as often as you require.Two types of services are available: (1) Video Consultations: schedule a video appointment at a time that suits you. Available in English and Spanish. (2) Phone Consultations: request a phone consultation on a call back basis. The doctor will typically return your call within 2 – 4 hours.
