Aplicativo oficial da Anatel para registro e acompanhamento de reclamações dos consumidores contra operadoras de telecomunicações. Possibilita também ao consumidor avaliar as respostas dadas pelas operadoras e acompanhar o desempenho delas no tratamento das demandas. Pelo app, também é possível registrar pedidos de informação, sugestões e denúncias à Agência, além de permitir o acompanhamento delas. ATENÇÃO: Antes de fazer uma reclamação na Anatel, busque primeiro resolver a demanda junto à sua operadora. Somente registre reclamações na Anatel caso a operadora não lhe responda no prazo acordado ou caso considere que a resposta não atende aos seus direitos. Lembre-se de anotar – sempre – os números de protocolo que sua operadora lhe passar. Estes números serão necessários na hora de registrar a reclamação na Anatel. A reclamação inserida no sistema da Anatel é encaminhada à sua operadora, que tem o prazo de dez dias corridos para lhe enviar uma resposta. A Anatel não trata as reclamações individualmente, mas monitora o prazo de resposta e utiliza as informações inseridas pelos consumidores para cobrar um melhor desempenho das operadoras e do setor como um todo. ******* Para registrar uma solicitação, o aplicativo exige a inserção de CPF e senha. - Se você nunca utilizou o app, faça seu cadastro e obtenha uma senha no próprio dispositivo. Cadastros antigos (efetuados até 12/11/2019) não valem para este novo app. - Caso tenha esquecido sua senha, o campo “Esqueci minha senha” permite que você receba um código de verificação no e-mail já cadastrado na Anatel, permitindo assim a alteração da senha. - Caso não consiga acessar o aplicativo, favor entrar em contato com a Central de Atendimento da Agência no telefone 1331 (funciona de segunda a sexta-feira das 8:00 às 20:00). A ligação é gratuita em todo o território nacional.
