You can choose a monthly or yearly option, each comes with a 1-week free trial. After confirmation, payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at the end of the trial. The subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renew in the iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
