Aplicatia MyElectrica permite gestionarea contului de pe un smartphone sau o tableta. Cu aplicatia mobila MyElectrica poti comunica rapid si usor indexul autocitit, ai acces la istoricul de consum, poti vizualiza facturile emise si platile efectuate, poti achita online factura oricand si oriunde sau găsi răspunsuri la întrebările tale. Ca sa te convingi cat este de simplu, descarca aplicatia pentru a putea beneficia de urmatoarele functionalitati: - Autentificare in aplicatie cu aceeasi parola utilizata in portalul de clienti - Transmiterea indexului autocitit - Vizualizarea facturilor emise, a stării acestora - Plata online a facturilor - Vizualizarea graficului de consum, a istoricului plăților efectuate - Localizarea pe harta a punctelor de relații cu clienții - Contactarea furnizorului tău prin transmiterea unui mesaj Pentru autentificare trebuie sa introduci userul si parola pe care le utilizezi la conectarea in portalul de clienți. Daca nu ai cont, poti crea unul direct in aplicație sau utilizând portalul www.MyElectrica.ro Aplicatia poate cere permisiunea pentru efectuarea de apeluri de pe telefon (astfel incat sa puteti efectua apeluri direct din aplicatie), pentru accesarea locatiei (astfel incat sa putem afisa cel mai apropiat punct de relatii cu clientii) si pentru transmiterea de notificari si alerte in legatura cu informatiile din contul de client. Aplicatia nu va accesa si procesa alte date cu caracter personal decat cele prezentate la încheierea contractului de furnizare. Datele si informatiile sunt transferate in siguranta pe dispozitivul mobil utilizand protocolul SSL.
