Esta aplicación implementa una solución para el intercambio de datos con el ciudadano de forma segura. Los datos están modelados en las denominadas credenciales verificables que aportan información específica sobre el ciudadano y que pueden ser presentadas tanto físicamente como de forma digital. Un ejemplo de este tipo de credenciales podría ser la tarjeta individual sanitaria, el carnet del polideportivo, el carnet de la biblioteca, la tarjeta joven... Los datos residen en el dispositivo local del ciudadano, almacenándose de forma encriptada y permitiendo control completo sobre las mismas. Desde la aplicación los usuarios serán los únicos que, dando su autorización expresa, puedan usar, compartir o eliminar estas credenciales verificables en cualquier momento. El mecanismo técnico que sustenta el intercambio de información garantiza la seguridad al viajar los datos encriptados y firmados. La encriptación garantiza que solo el ciudadano puede ver los datos en claro. La firma garantiza la procedencia de la información. El transporte seguro se sustenta en el uso de servicios del Gobierno Vasco, prestados desde la Unión Europea cumpliendo con el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos(RGPD).
