Your loved ones receives an "Incoming Call" notification, and 30 seconds later they are connected. It's that easy! For "ONSCREEN Joy" tablet app users: This app lets you invite other family members, make calls, send text messages, set up routines, and much more. Use this app on your smartphone devices. For TV users (ONSCREEN Moment device): This app allows you to set up a new ONSCREEN device, place and receive video calls with your loved ones. Setting up is very simple, just going through a few screens and providing the Wifi information in order to connect the device to the internet. Once the device is set up, you're able to place a test call. Finally, you can invite other family members, ensuring that everyone stays connected. Some of the great functionality provided in this app is: - Have video calls with your loved one on their TV or tablet, with the "ONSCREEN Joy" app. - Configure daily routines, such as reminders or Joy check-ins - Invite other "Favorites" to be able to reach your loved one easily - Control their TV (if they use the ONSCREEN Moment device) - Send them photos that are added to their Family Slideshow - Register them for classes and online events.
