L’application Accompagnement Québec permet aux personnes immigrantes de bénéficier d’un accompagnement personnalisé tout au long de leurs démarches d’intégration. Une agente ou un agent d’aide à l’intégration du Ministère évaluera les besoins immédiats ou futurs de la personne immigrante et préparera avec elle un Plan d’action individualisé. Cette application officielle s’adresse à toutes les personnes immigrantes. Que l’on soit au Québec ou à l’étranger, elle permet de : 1- S’inscrire au service Accompagnement Québec et prendre rendez-vous avec une agente ou un agent d’aide à l’intégration (ci-après AAI) 2- Consulter ou annuler ses rendez-vous avec un AAI 3- Accéder aux coordonnées et aux notes de son AAI 4- Visualiser son Plan d’action individualisé et mettre à jour le statut de ses actions 5- Consulter les messages reçus dans le centre de messages L’utilisation de l’application mobile Accompagnement Québec nécessite une connexion Internet. Il faut avoir un compte Arrima pour se connecter à l’application Accompagnement Québec. La connexion se fait à l'aide d'une adresse courriel et d'un mot de passe Arrima.
