Description

Perform metegenomic analyses on your iPad using one of several classifiers. View results in real time as data is being processed. Visualise quality control metrics and taxonomic classifications. Suitable for biological sciences researchers performing in field DNA sequences of metagenomic samples, EPI2ME Metagenomics analyes your DNA sequencing data to reveal abundances of genera found in the dataset along with analysis progress and other meta data. Genus summaries can be reviewed within the app to understand the composition of your sample. The "tree of life" breakdown of the organisms present views this data in a intuitive view. Diversity metrics can be viewed in order to understand when a large enough sample of data has been identified. A sequencing quality control view provides a quick and simple sanity check of the quality of your DNA data.
