L'app mobile di TeamSystem HR è la soluzione con cui la relazione fra l’azienda ed i dipendenti diventa digitale. Il servizio, messo a disposizione dal Professionista ai dipendenti dei propri clienti o dall’azienda ai propri dipendenti, permette di migliorare i processi e le comunicazioni tra l’azienda e il dipendente e velocizza la condivisione di documenti, fra cui il cedolino paga, la C.U e altre funzionalità di dialogo digitale, con l’azienda. Le principali funzioni disponibili sono: - visualizzare l’andamento delle retribuzioni percepite e scaricare o condividere in formato PDF leggibile i cedolini paga - ricercare, visualizzare, scaricare o condividere in formato PDF leggibile le CU (certificazioni uniche) - visualizzare ed eventualmente modificare le proprie informazioni anagrafiche (residenza, domicilio, stato civile…) - visualizzare ed eventualmente inserire, modificare o eliminare i propri dati bancari utili al pagamento delle retribuzioni mensili - visualizzare le informazioni del proprio contratto di lavoro (qualifica, mansione, livello, CCNL applicato…) - visualizzare i residui dei prestiti aziendali, cessioni del V dello stipendio, pignoramenti, quote sociali - visualizzare i residui delle ferie, permessi, ROL, ex festività, banca ore - richiedere ferie e permessi e consultare lo stato delle relative autorizzazioni - comunicare un evento di malattia alla propria azienda con l’invio del protocollo INPS ed il certificato medico (copia datore di lavoro) - richiedere giustificazioni per assenze diverse da ferie e permessi (es: permesso per donazione sangue, permesso per studio, permessi L.104) e consultare lo stato delle relative autorizzazioni - comunicare in mobilità la timbratura di presenza al lavoro anche geolocalizzata - imputare in mobilità le ore di lavoro su clienti/commesse/attività con possibile acquisizione automatica delle informazioni da TAG/NFC L'app sarà utilizzabile solo dagli utenti che riceveranno da parte delle aziende con cui hanno un rapporto di lavoro una mail d'invito ad utilizzare il servizio; le singole funzionalità all'interno necessitano di un'abilitazione da parte del professionista o dell'azienda.
