Summary
Users consistently express severe frustration with the mobile app, primarily citing widespread and persistent connection issues that make photo transfer unreliable and time-consuming. Many reviews highlight a decline in functionality following recent iOS updates, with specific complaints about compatibility with iOS 18, iPhone 16+, and various Fujifilm camera models like the X100F, X-H1, and XT5. Additional significant drawbacks include slow photo transfer speeds, the inability to import RAW files or full-resolution images, and intrusive privacy permission requirements. While a few users noted the app's usefulness for social media uploads with specific older models like the X30, the overwhelming sentiment is that the app significantly detracts from the overall Fujifilm camera experience.
