Summary

The app receives overwhelmingly negative feedback, with most users reporting severe issues with connection reliability, frequent disconnections, and general app instability. Many struggle to transfer photos, especially to their phone's camera roll, with some experiencing errors, duplicate files, or complete transfer failures, while video transfers are noted to be slow or impossible. Users also highlight poor compatibility with newer iOS versions, specifically iOS 26, and a lack of support for several older camera models like the A7III, A6300, and ZVE10, leading to frustration and a cumbersome user experience. Despite these widespread problems, a small number of users appreciate the fast photo upload speeds and report improved stability with newer versions or devices.
